Research confirms that sexual harassment in the hospitality industry has extensive negative impacts on productivity and company culture. Additionally, sexual harassment has been shown to be financially harmful, creating substantial consequences for those involved. This research will exhibit the company costs associated with sexual harassment and how to implement adequate policies to combat harassment in the hospitality industry.
